Jim Boudreau is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of experience in launching and scaling ventures, brands, and business units across technology, consumer products, and services. He has held executive roles with Agrify Corporation, Chasm Advanced Materials, A.T. Cross, Sega of America, and Espion, Inc., and has advised numerous companies as a consultant. An expert in strategic planning, sales, marketing, and leadership development, Jim has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University, mentoring over 600 students. He holds an MBA from Northeastern University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma.

Rob is an innovative technology leader with deep expertise in AI, software architecture, and scalable cloud systems. As Founder of Just AI Consulting and former VP of Software Development at Good Measures, he has built secure, high-performance solutions across AWS, GCloud, and Azure. Rob’s career spans over two decades leading remote engineering teams, pioneering zero-trust AI infrastructures, and developing prompt-engineering and red-teaming frameworks. He holds multiple U.S. patents for large-scale messaging and AI-driven nutrition systems, and is recognized for transforming complex systems into secure, high-efficiency platforms that drive measurable business impact.
